jan 9, 2012; day 9: faceless self-portrait

okay, this was super hard. i don't think people realize just how hard it is to do a self-portrait without your face. don't believe me? try it and link to your results in the comment box. here's my shot:

jan 1, 2012; day 1: a self-portrait.

so today, while i was attempting to take some kind of good self-portrait, i played with the eye-dea (haha!) of doing a portrait of my eyes...after all, that's part of me! i wasn't sure if i should do that or a regular self portrait, so i took two and decided to share them both with you!

these weren't enhanced or edited in any way...a self portrait is supposed to be a picture of you, not an overly photoshopped face!

frankly, i have no clue what i'm getting myself into with this picture-a-day thing. wish me luck!
